Terra's president, Howard Golden has over 20 years experience investing in Transition Economies and Terra's Chief Analyst, Yarden Mariuma has many years of on the spot experience investing in private equity in illiquid emerging markets. Filip Montfort rounds out our team with his intimate knowledge of the EU, his local knowledge and language skills, his legal background and MBA.
WWOF is a Cayman registered mutual fund, regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. WWOF allows semi-annual redemptions and issues different classes of shares, one a general diversified class and others for specific country concentration. The general diversified "A" share class has the right to invest in any specific project alongside with any special class, thereby obtaining leverage exceeding its class size.
WWOF searches for value in all parts of the world, seeking to exploit value orientated opportunities in overlooked and undiscovered or out of favor markets, usually uncorrelated to the world indices.
